Pros
Its work. The employees are good people and so we of the bosses there are good at listening. There is some overtime depending on department but not a lot.
Cons
Raises are scarce and you get passed over for them for the small things. Recognition of achievements is minimal at best. Having the tools to get things done is nominal and it's difficult to do the job if your machines broke.
