Salary on time. team is good , less communicative.
Cons
Too much work load. Flexible work flow no fix timings. No proper work distribution among sprint cycles. Lack of proper management. Only getting yearly increments for salary hike if deserving. No Job security. Stick to a single product.

The work environment is dynamic allowing team members to share their ideas and try new approaches. they provide all facilities required for WFH. The team members are friendly and supportive. Working hours most of the time okay. Salaries paid on time. Office culture is very conventional. big or small any events, they celebrate properly(virtually). each event brings us some vouchers and gifts.
