Good Environment, nice cafeteria with good ambience. Accessibility near metro station. Cab facility.

Cons

Poor and unprofessional attitude of management is stopping growth of this company. A lot of politics is brewing in this company. Visionless and impatient management. Micromanagement at all levels, starting from GM to Manager level. They will stifle your growth. Some people in management enjoy full benefits like travel anywhere they like, no punctuality and highly irresponsible mindset. The top management lacks respect for its employees and can embarrass you anywhere. Demotivating environment.

GlobalSign has a great culture with "open door" policy from management where one can approach and offer advice or solution to a problem. The policies top to bottom are super employee friendly and employees get complete freedom to grow their career. One gets great work life balance with hybrid work environment with chances to get involve with multiple global offices.

Hard to find a problem or issues as GlobalSign follows a excellent employee management plan and strategies.
