Pros

Travel to trade shows in great US cities and a weekly paycheck. Great job for a college student or under achiever.

Cons

If you have sales experience, this is not the job for you. The job consists of making 100 calls per day resulting in perhaps 2 conversations with perspective clients. You are forbidden to use any discovery or other basic sales tactics. If you are lucky enough to get a client to gain interest in this product, management will throw up every possible road block to prevent this from closing, or they will allow you to do all of the work and then pocket the commission themselves. Not to mention, the long sales cycle. Banks are typically tied in a 3-5 year contract with their existing solutions.

They Don't Care About The Employee

Pros

Free Parking. Free Water. And it pays the bills.

Cons

I die a little inside every time I show up to work. Being a tech company you expect them to have top tier technology for the software engineer, yet they only provide us with a cheap computer, a 10 year old 16 inch monitor and that's it. No coffee. No Air Conditioner. Everyone here seems miserable. Grunting and moaning every time the "boss" tells them to do something. No one talks to each other, literally. Very awkward and boring. Daily boring meetings that make you wanna punch a baby in the face. The owners don't care about the employee one bit. No benefits.

Too many issues, not enough rewards

Pros

Junior team members are all overworked and under pay so you will never feel alone. Building is in a secured location. Plenty of parking.

Cons

Working 50+ hours a week, and 10+ hours a day for 5 days. High stress, average pay. Upper Management praises you while you are there and talks bad about you as soon as you are gone. No health insurance. Security is too tight, you need to use the keycard even to use the restroom. They are planning on installing cameras in the breakroom. Upper Management only concerned with sales and not for the well being of their employees.
