Pros
The location is good. Very convenient and clean office. People are most nice there. If you are lucky enough to have a good supervisor, it would be ok to work there.
Cons
The management is not open to new ideas and push you to do all the crap they don't want to do. You would have to do more jobs than those they mentioned in interview. The management go home on time but you would have to squeeze your time doing all the miscellaneous jobs and they ask you to have your jobs ready whenever they need it.

Pros
No management, as long as you do your job ...all good. Great medical insurance free for employee him/her. Not too many meetings. Management listens and allow you to pick your time/fours of work(when it is reasonable)
Cons
One of the downsides working here is the "expected by management" weekend work activity. Some of the tasks need to be done during the weekend so it is "expected" for you to be online. Overall it is 5 to 95 work balance.
