      Pros

      You’ll find some cool people, and they have good benefits.

      Cons

      They’ll throw you under the bus the first chance they get unless you’re management. You won’t get paid NEARLY enough for the cost of living and they’re so out of touch that even if you blatantly tell them your salary isn’t going to pay the bills they’ll basically tell you that’s unfortunate.
