Whished they would have some.

Cons

They don't take care of customers or employees . They treat employees as money machines,they don't take care of their opinions,feelings or ideas. Only people that are relatives or friends of someone will take the positions, if you are not one of this forget about growing up whithin this company. Very huge lack of communication between every manager and colleagues No training given at all. People are scared of speaking the truth because they know they don't own the position and they are there because of someone else

Some great employees to work with, great networking opportunities

Cons

Salary was poor, no real room for development or progression, loss of big clients and failure to replace. Lack of communication from managers and no consultation in decision making, no real strategy to develop employees. Lack of incentives. High employee turnover.
