Pros

The job provides you the training you need and gain the necessary work experience.

Cons

It's not just the long hours that made this company terrible, but the unfair pay and treatment from management. It's clear that managers plays favorites because of how they throw out the blame on others! While it's us who work harder, endure the stress and brutal workload, it's also us they shown no care for!

Pros

It was a good decision to leave because things can only get worse.

Cons

I already saw what's it gonna be like on my first day at work. The jobs that others don't like to do were assigned to me. the pending jobs and the like. I was like their helper cleaning up all their mess.I left the company after a few months.

Pros

My co-workers are friendly and helpful. I recently started working here and love the atmosphere. Go-Staff strives to make a difference in the lives of its internal employees as well as the external employees. I first applied to an Admin position and met with Rebeca, one of the recruiters. At the time I was completing my last semester of college and had some restrictions with my schedule. Rebeca was understanding and accommodating. I know looking for a full-time job while in school can be frustrating and often times you can come up empty-handed, but this was not the case. I was originally recruited for a client, however Go-Staff felt I would be a great fit for their internal staff. I came back and interviewed for the position with Jeanmarie. Jeanmarie and I talked for about 30 minutes and at times I didn't even feel like I was being interviewed. I felt like I was talking to a friend about my goals and experience. From there I was scheduled to shadow for a day and see if the position was truly a fit for me as well as Go-Staff. I personally liked this aspect of the hiring on process because it gives me, the candidate, an idea of what the work atmosphere was like and see if I wanted to join the team. I had the opportunity to shadow a few differently people that day including Christina, Alberto, Rebeca, and Carlos. Jeanmarie also took the time to teach me a few things that they process on a daily basis. I was exposed to the phones: answering calls and directing them to the appropriate people, as well as phone screening or Event Staff. After my shadow day, Jeanmarie and I met and discussed if I liked the work and if I had any feedback for her. I told her I'd like to join the team. I was happy with the work atmosphere and the internal staff. She felt I was a great fit too. Now, I have been working here for about three months and I really enjoy it. I still get the opportunity to apply my college degree and express myself creatively, which is always a pleasure for me. I love handling day-to-day projects and getting the little things done so the ship sails smoothly. Some people find the little tasks monotonous, but I am always looking forward to scratching things off of my to-do list and ensuring the effectiveness of the Team. I admit, sometimes the phones can be a bit nerve-racking, but you have to learn to live outside your comfort zone. Go-Staff has helped me become more of an outgoing person and I am grateful for that too. Stacey & Scott have created a valuable company in today's society that helps people, like me, find a position that suits the goals of the candidate as well as the client. Their mission is meaningful and powerful. They are helping people acquire positions that offer them the opportunity to feel important and make a living. I enjoy working here and would recommend them to anyone looking for a position where you will be treated like family and not just another number in the system. Go-Staff is a "positive attitude" kind of company looking to make a difference. Who wouldn't want to be a part of that?

Cons

I'm not saying it is rainbows and butterflies here at Go-Staff. Sometimes the phones ring constantly and you have to learn to juggle multiple tasks. Sometimes the paperwork get stacked up and there isn't enough time in the day to complete it. Sometimes you leave for the day with more work then you started with, but the fact is no matter where you work that is what you'll deal with. It is all about how you handle it. The one con that may not be controllable is the paring situation. I am able to find a spot everyday but it would be nice to pull up to Go-Staff and have a parking lot specifically for the employees. There are never enough sticky notes. I use them constantly.

Thank you for your honest feedback - as with any jobs there are Pros and Cons and I'm glad that that the pros heavily outweigh the cons :)
