Pros

The pros are that you will get to work with national clients and have your work out there. You will also get hands on with gear and equipment that smaller companies may not have.

Cons

I could write a novel...You will have no personal life. You will be on call 24 hours a day. You will get called when you are doing your laundry or cooking dinner or just making everyday plans. You will spend most of your time driving endless hours alone. You will have to work as a "one-man-band" and run lights, camera, sound, media management by yourself. This job also comes with a restrictive covenant that will prevent you from working for any of Go To Team's clients and since the client list is so expansive, you may have to find a different occupation for a year. Poor leadership. The office is very much like a high school clique. They will be your "friends" until you decide to leave. They will have no problem overworking you and not giving enough rest between shoots.

Pros

Start in the industry, big name gigs, pro equipment, and good training. Good job if you want no life, pay, and be on call 24/7.

Cons

Awful pay (same no matter where you are stationed), constant travel, on call 24/7 (literally want you to text and let them know if you are going into the movie theater or elsewhere where you don't have your cell phone on).

Pros

Great atmosphere to work! Challenging work but very rewarding. Great company to work for if you're looking to grow professionally.

Cons

It's hard work. Long hours and you have to hustle. You get out what you put in. Your schedule is sometimes determined by breaking news. You're on call 24/7
