      Pros

      Love the work environment here! Everyone is so willing to work with you to make sure you are performing at your full potential and management is always willing to work with your needs. I am always learning something new and enjoying this work culture!

      Cons

      It can get a little hectic at times, but its all part of the learning process and everyone does their best to handle any situation they're put in.

      The people and environment of this company are great. The pay is better then retail and no customers to deal with unless you are a rep

      Cons

      No matching 401k and they have started to grow to the point it is starting to lose the you know everyone and they take care of you feel. No raises for many years now ( unless a promotion happened to you) and no real upwards growth potential for employees atm.
