The culture is unparalleled. I was happier at GoSCM than at any of my previous employers. Leaving (for personal reasons) was sad and hard for me. I look forward to coming back when life permits, I truly enjoyed my work life there.
Cons
Work can be intense (just the nature of it). It is important that you communicate to your peers and your managers if you are feeling overwhelmed.
