      Worst co to work with. Filled with liars at top mgt n ask the sales team to sell lies.

      Absolutely 0. There is nothing good about the co

      Half baked product. Couldn't complete in 4 years. Neither banks support them neither brands. Full of liars. Hr lies to get people on board. They sign you on bonds. Sales team changes every year. Coz they are forced to sell lie in market. Technology team is so irritated coz every 3 months they are asked to launch something new but the old is only not ready. Just get big names of industry on board or top position but if you have to se order book it's simply not even 10 people's salary. Wasting funds of investors. Sincere advice DO NOT JOIN. The good reviews written here were forced by hr to be written. So pls dont go by it in case you want to save your careers. Biggest learning I have for my career is not to join such companies at all.

      Pros

      No pros of working with this company. The leaders lie a lot. And they assume that they are the best people in the industry.

      Cons

      1. Their product is not getting accepted in the market. 2. They do not value their employees at all. 3. Third grade work. The tasks assigned to you will be totally useless. 4. Their HR department is totally absurd. 5. Just hiring top people from the industry to show off their team. 6. Their founder Visham is not able to manage the company and actually wants to sell it off. 7. They lie a lot during interviews about their product, their clients, their work and their offshore offices. But in reality majority of it is fake.

      Pros

      1. Goals101 is a nice place to work. The culture is open, democratic and having a flat hierarchy system. At the same time one's roles and responsibility are well defined to bring in the required discipline towards the deliverable. Even if one wishes can choose the roles of their liking and leaders will support. 2. Here we are solving some of the very complex and interesting problems in Fintech using AI and ML. So it is definitely a place for curious souls looking to do some extraordinary stuff in Data science and technology. 3. The colleagues, management, leaders, and staff are all very friendly and co-operative. 4. Flexible work environment. 5 Lot of learning opportunities. Exposure to the best in industry tools and technologies and opportunity of learning them. Goals101 is definitely a great place if you are looking forward to work on some very challenging technical and data science problems, and to be a part of team building an AI product at the same time enjoying one of the coolest work culture.

      Cons

      Nothing as such. Due to the dynamism in the work and fast paced setup one can feel a little chaos and work-life imbalance sometimes. But this is not the case always and one will have plenty of fun times as well.
