Pros

Godlan truly cares about both its customers and its employees. It's refreshing to work for a company that makes decisions based on what's right and not based on the bottom-line. The company has very high ethics and principles, and executive management expects the same from everyone on the team. The culture here is one that strives to create loyal, successful customers and loyal, successful employees.

Cons

Employees are spread geographically, so that can be a challenge. However, regular virtual meetings and phone calls foster the relationships between our team members.

Laid back style and convenient parking.

Cons

100% nepotistic driven and ultra religious. Ownership/management has no legitimate credentials even less meaningful business experience other than glib talk. They simply use people to gain for themselves.

Godlan is focused on doing what’s best for the customer and delivering results. This is true under all circumstances. Even while competitors do and say anything to win business, Godlan stands by the promise it makes to all clients – full transparency and no surprises.

Cons
