Pros

None. Run far, far away

Cons

They will make you stand in the parking lot and beg people for money. They will also tell you to lie and say 100 percent of donations go to charities. They don’t. Everyone’s pay check is the donation money. They also brag about expensive leashre trips you get to take with the company. Guess how those trips are paid for. Yeah, I don’t know how these people sleep at night.

We are sorry you felt this way about our experience. I am not sure if you have been employed with us or not but if you were then you would have known how we exclusively work with our charities. Before we hire anyone, we have to make sure one has the general knowledge of how non profit organizations and/or 501 (C)3’s partner with for profit organizations. And in the first week of training you learn how the donations proceedings goes. So if you want to contact us or if anyone reading this want to know, we are not hiding anything when it comes to how the donations are being used. And “everyone’s pay check is the donation money” if you felt like this was true and you were an employee... we have not gotten anyone rejecting any pay compensations from us prior this review. Pros

Initially I thought of a couple of pros , but then realized that after my terrible experience, there really is nothing positive I can say. The mentorship and training they do and make you believe in, have proven to be disheartening and dishonest because Everything they say is a direct opposite of their actions.

Cons

There are so many to list, I cannot say them all!! If there was an option to mark it a (0) rating, I’d choose that. You cannot trust that this company has good business practices. Management doesn’t respond to emails, messages or even texts when you are reporting or clarifying some problems. In my 30+ years of working professionally, I have never had a bad experience anywhere close to how this company was. This was a first for me. Don’t make it a first for you too. And to think they are representing non-profit companies that rely on them to build trust with the communities? What a joke! Really sad how they are hypocrites to what they try to project.
