Favouritism, office politics, employees are underpaid, no flexible working hours, no cafeteria, Hr admin doesn’t know her work hence washroom smells like public washrooms, they promise to reimburse but don’t. Work culture is not good.

The company politics make sure the employee can never raise their voice. Salary provided is way too less as per Industry standard, the HR & Accounts team make sure to trouble the employee to its limit during their notice period.

Whole office is busy in politics rather than work 5. Big companies come for projects but majority of project expolude because of less experienced employee. 6. You have to work less and show more!

They have resignation period of 3 Month. After 3 month they ask for 45 Days to proceed the FNF. But it was with every employee, that they take at least 6 Month to do the FNF. Poor HR department
