Pros

Not having to go the office and work parties

Cons

The company advertise they they have a C1 English or higher, that is false. Majority of the employees cannot speak English at a high level but try to make those who are native English speakers feel lesser than them. There is a LOT of politics in the company. Family members at both very senior and mid levels so you know that they won´t get fired. Project Managers that bully you and do not support you when you ask for help and use your mental health struggles as a way to get you in trouble with the higher level. A MASSIVE LACK OF TRYING with those from different countries and languages - it felt that there was a ¨Spanish only mindset¨ DOESN´T PROVIDE PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
