Pros

Flexible working hours, fun projects, great colleagues that want to go the extra mile.

Cons

Low salaries and impossible to get a proper raise (despite inflation in the market). No clear strategy from C-level or senior management. Toxic working culture with the wrong people getting promotions. High work load with no direction - a lot of people feel burnt out.

No Direction - Horrible Sales Leaders

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

- Nice Product - Good Colleagues - Nice events

Cons

At GoodHabitz, the sales and product strategy lacks consistency, with frequent changes and unattainable expectations. Additionally, employees experience poor treatment from the global sales director, which contributes to a negative work environment, and there's no support from human resources or upper management.

Feudal structure heading for the abyss

Pros

- If you're lucky you'll have great colleagues - If you work in the HQ, you'll have a voice

Cons

- Weak, inexperienced leadership that reads too many Substack articles and listen to too many podcasts. They have half-baked ideas they pawn off as strategies and have no notion as to how to execute or project manage. They all just expect for things to somehow happen. - Salaries and benefits are abysmal for all but the higher level of the company. - They supposedly rely on "Start-Stop-Continue" to inform priorities in the mid to long term but magically nothing stops and a bunch of new things start constantly leading a huge number of the ICs to burn out. - The company has silos and this is not jargon. There have distinct project management tooling, communications channels, etc for different areas of business. It's a house of cards built of black boxes. - Revenue leadership is a bunch of middle aged white guys, mostly from Holland. There are clear hiring/promotion biases.
