1. Flexible working hours 2. flexibility in selecting domain they don't limit us to work in a single domain. 3. The founders work together and teach us a lot of things which helps us increase our knowledge. 4. Co- founder Rahil gives lot of motivation for us to work and grow. 5.They understand our efforts and give us very good bonuses. 6. Very good promotions for those who work.
Cons
1.compensation is less for freshers but they get a lot to learn from it. 2.company is not located in a commercial space its in a residential building but very good office interiors as soon as we enter the office it gives a very good feeling.
