If you do anything today, believe these reviews and avoid this place like your health depends on it - because it will, and instead of giving a toss they'll ask you to rearrange hospital appointments or criticise you for attending them during work hours. Honestly got to be one of the most toxic, abusive, and egocentric workplaces I've ever had the displeasure of joining, with more bullies at the helm than a school playground and zero regard for employee wellbeing. The people at the top hire great and incredibly talented people below them (literally the only positive I found) but then they refuse to let those people do the job they were hired for, micromanage everything within an inch of their lives and then throw anyone they can under the bus as collateral damage to protect themselves, often with lies. And that's the story of how they got to the top. The bus comes for everyone eventually, so take the path as far away from this place as humanly possible. Its honestly laughable how much they harp on about protecting Gordon's reputation, whilst keeping people at the top who directly damage it with the way they treat their entire workforce, from restaurant teams to 'support' office (not sure they know the meaning of the word). You know its bad when you meet a number of recruiters who refuse to hire for this place. Genuinely. Everyone is miserable, overworked and under appreciated. If I could give it a minus rating I absolutely would.
