      - big change ongoing, the company is becoming more and more agile - many opportunities if you’re motivated and curious - good conditions!

      Cons

      - many initiatives running in parallel (people get burned out) - still many hierarchies in place (Upper hierarchies hold the power of decision-making) - change is slow
