A Masterclass in Chaos and Nepotism

Pros

None really nothing positive in that place

Cons

Gotion, where do I even begin? This company is a vibrant tapestry of culture and leadership, especially reflecting the charm of red communist China. It’s exhilarating to work in an environment where your job description is as fluid as water – you never know what exciting, totally unrelated tasks the CEO will assign you next! Speaking of our CEO, what a character! Nepotism at its finest, he's not just the boss's son, he's a walking, talking embodiment of cultural sensitivity. His endearing comments about the laziness and incompetence of American employees? Simply heartwarming. And his management style? If you're a fan of unpredictable outbursts and high-octane meetings, you're in for a treat! Now, let's talk operations. Forget about mundane concepts like planning and time management – they’re so overrated. At Gotion, we embrace spontaneity! Our meetings redefine the concept of time, often doubling or even quintupling in length. And who needs a regular sleep schedule when you can experience the thrill of last-minute work marathons till 5am? It's like a surprise party every time! If you're seeking a workplace that breaks the mold with its unique leadership style, values spontaneity over planning, and offers a one-of-a-kind cultural experience, Gotion is the place for you. Truly an eye-opening experience!

Pros

1- free lunch 2- some good colleagues

Cons

1- as time is going on, company culture is getting more harsh/toxic, more people say goodbye,... 2- thanks to china/us relation and the parent company politics, company is low on money and can't pay for goods, equipment, promised annual bonus of the employees,... 3- projects deadlines are crazy. it may fit Chinese workplace culture (creating stuff without quality in the minimum time) but not a fit for us work culture. 4- perks are cutting down day after day.

Pros

Adorable colleagues, maybe free lunch?

Cons

If you want to revisit memories of being scolded by your parents during childhood, you can join this company. It is a family-owned business. The company manages its employees in a similar way to how parents manage their children. Employment is a relationship between money and selling one's soul. The CEO frequently engages in verbally abusing employees within the company. Not fulfilling the agreed-upon conditions/terms discussed during the hiring process. The CEO's wife is even more ruthless or severe in their behavior who manage the company either.
