Pros

Great sales management and very helpful and supportive team. The engineering team was also excellent and critical to our sales processes. The CRM and contracts teams were excellent as well. CEO Simone Feldman was excellent. If you want to move from an inside to an outside sales role, there is a lot of opportunity.

Cons

The cons are Federal sales - sometimes there's funding, sometimes there's not. It's especially difficult with how turbulent the Government and supply chain is. There was also recently an acquisition, and I expect things will change for Govplace in the future, could be positive or negative.

Pros

Generally, each department offers one day a week remote opportunities. Flexible work schedule and decent benefits.

Cons

Constant turnover/rotating door which makes it challenging to build relationships to drive the business forward. Old school mentality which contributes to fear of employment among employees and lack of willingness to change.
