Pros

Absolutely nothing. Nothing. NOTHING. NOTHING

Cons

Be aware of the “Happiness Officers” it’s like they take your happiness and your salary away. This one HR had the audacity to tell me that “I stuck my neck out for you” when I had an absolute genuine reason for not coming to work that day. Stay aware of the GD and AD in this one team. They will mentally torture you to the extent where you can’t deal with anyone and will have mental breakdowns everyday. They hold up your salary and cut for absolutely no reason. And say that “they don’t have your leave/ WFH records but they have sufficient records to cut your salary. Very toxic people and two faced. Will take more than a month or sometimes only say they’re looking into a complain but they honestly don’t give a damn.

Hello Gozooper! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re hungry to improve and truly create an environment where our best people can do the best work of their lives. With that context, I invite you to open a dialogue with Rohan@gozoop.com about the Happiness Officers, GD/AD, and Leave/WFH policies. While we wait to hear from you, I must share that if you regularize your attendance on the ESS properly, there’s no way any HR can deduct a single penny from your salary. Additionally, we consciously focus on creating a healthy environment for our teams at all times. I’d be surprised if you raised concerns about your AD/GD and nothing was done for months. We truly care for our people and hence would request you to escalate this to Rohan promptly to be able to identify the gap. With hunger to improve and excel, we look forward to hearing from you.

Five reasons why Gozoop was a wrong choice for me

Pros

Very good in hiding facts! Have strategized on employer branding quite well. Beware if you are attending an interview. The kiddo account managers will never clear out their doubts. Half of the matters are not disclosed by any recruiters.

Cons

Employee branding is directly proportional to talent branding. If you have to keep your employees secure and happy, you got to work on them instead of running away. 5 reasons to not join this company. 1) No proper leave policy followed 2) No leave encashment policy for employees who are leaving. 3) No training and development sessions for new joiners and employees. 4) Less workforce to manage online work. 5) Last but not the least, they can throw you out at any point of time depending on their discrepancies with clients.

Pros

None, how can they even be there for such a pathetic company; they're a black spot in the advertising and digital world.

Cons

Right from the founders to the seniors to everyone, it's a shame. They're only good at talking and just showing the world that they're good. Come and see and they're a bunch of shameless people who deserve crap. Actually not even that. The csr and goodies are just curtains; what lies otherwise is a complete messed up and worst state a company could be in. Looks are deceptive; rest see for yourself. In a word, they are a SCAM
