Cons
No career growth opportunities. No training and development programs. No HR function. Mandatory office days, restricting remote work. Management prioritizes cost-cutting over fairness, with salaries based on negotiation skills rather than performance. Some employees are severely underpaid, especially newcomers to Sweden. My advice: negotiate hard and check union salary standards to avoid being undervalued long-term.
