Some of the staff are very friendly.

Cons

Charged me 50 dollars for a mandatory background check they never mentioned in the contract or phone call. Charges students high rates and employees get a very small portion of it.

They contacted me often about students, the website (including payment and scheduling) is easy to use and the people who work there are nice

Cons

I feel like they take too much of the money - about 2/3 of it. I can make twice as much (or more) hourly as an independent tutor and still charge my students significantly less than GP does. In my opinion that’s not really fair to the students or the tutors.

The job pays the bills. Remote work is nice.

Cons

Read the reviews for the Sales Reps aka Manager of Client Services. Definitely truth in those reviews. Company is very misleading about the pay. Majority of Sales Reps are making about $50k per year. That's OTE. There's not really any training or onboarding process other than reading a script. But they don't teach you any sales techniques. Just some lame responses to rebuttals. Extremely high turnover rate. Very few employees that have been there more than a year. Major red flag. Morale is constantly low. No room for promotion.
