      Pros

      I love my pharmacy team, tight knit group looks out for eachother. Boss and supervisors are super great about work life balance. Easy to take time off when needed

      Cons

      Department is under appreciated by other departments. Pharmacy gets blamed for a lot of mistakes made on the floors. High turnover in nursing staff
