Pros
Grand County's Trail Ambassador position is a fun and high impact seasonal job. If you enjoy land stewardship and outdoor education you will thrive in this position. I was provided excellent support, training and resources. Must work well independently, in all types of weather, and be outgoing and social.

Pros
Health insurance is pretty nice, covers most things and is affordable. Salary is competitive for the area.
Cons
Most toxic work environment I've ever seen. Rampant discrimination and nepotism. If you bring issues to HR she does absolutely nothing to help and helps you supervisor retaliate against you. You must be willing to turn a blind eye to abuses of power and let your department head commit fraud and embezzlement.
