Pros
You will be working with some great people, and if you need anything, you can ask. Generally, if management can help you in some way, they will. They have an awesome Christmas party and, when they happen, some great social events!
Cons
No training and no career progression! No mentoring and nowhere to really go in the company as they generally will hire people into higher positions rather than promoting from within, which is a real shame as many talented people are overlooked, with little given to loyal employees who have got the company to where it is.

Pros
Managers open and listened to what the team had to say, gave regular opportunities to do so. You have to work hard but there's a good social element too.
Cons
Always very busy, sometimes too busy
