      The only way for this company to improve is if the management changed its members

      There's no reason for you to choose this company over others. The company culture is terrible. Employees are always pressured by the management to work for longer hours and sometimes even during the weekends. There's no room for your growth because you'll have no time to develop and learn new knowledge and skills. All your time will be put into working on the endless number of tasks that the management assigned to you.
