The company produces good design, fast paced environment
Cons
Office culture is horrible, gossip is terrible and every other employee is on a power trip and overworked. Boss would critique designs in front of the client, alienating you big time. They print everything out and have no concern for recycling, people would volunteer to take the meager recycling home to their recycling program.
