Pros

Immediate vacation time (you'll need it), unlimited sick time (not really), friendly staff, paid travel and expenses for sales, work from home (expect 80 hour work week)

Cons

on-boarding is nonexistent, leadership lacks in motivating employees, reviews to bring you down instead of up, annual raises are rare to receive, nepotism is apparent, upper management doesn't practice core values, very expensive health benefits, paid monthly, expect to learn everything yourself there is zero real training happening at this place

Pros

They have good prodcuts to sell. If you are sales person and already have LOTS of contact and can add in system, you are the MAN!! Fun loving work environment. Aggressive owners and want to grow.

Cons

Most of employess work after hours, weekends but no reward. No one want free ride but they need to share profit with all empoyess not only with sales guys. Horrible and career killing compete agreement you have to sign, which is not good for technical staff. Good for fresh graduates, not for experinced persons.
