Pros

The management here is very transparent and approachable. We have monthly town halls addressed directly by the CEO, which helps everyone stay aligned and informed. The overall work environment is positive, and the culture is genuinely collaborative and supportive. There are plenty of employee engagement initiatives like Sports Day, indoor games tournaments (where I’ve had the chance to win a few times), and multiple ad-hoc fun sessions. The quarterly R&R program is a great way to recognize and highlight top performers and achievers. Food for all and cab facility for employees working in night shift are strong added benefits. In terms of work, the hybrid model is one of the best aspects—it offers flexibility while still maintaining team cohesion. In operations and across teams, there is real creative freedom to explore new ideas, and we’re encouraged to take up additional initiatives. There are also good opportunities for internal job postings (IJPs), which make career growth within the organization more accessible. Overall, it’s a great place to work and grow.

Cons

Not as of this movement. Maybe we have a higher pay grade :p
