Don't Waste Your Time....Working Here is a Bad Idea

Pros

Co-workers are some of the best people I've ever met. The bad economy and a paltry paycheck is what keeps me and my colleagues here.

Cons

I'd give this place zero stars if I could; cannot believe a word management says. The employees don't matter; it's all about the money. Everyone is miserable. Salaries are low and the bonus structure remains a mystery. You are blacklisted when you ask management too many questions. Churn and Burn mentality; quantity vs quality which often produce lackluster projects. You are expected to do so much counterproductive work in so little time. Deadlines are often unreasonable that you find yourself working nights and weekends. Zero integrity. Consistently inconsistent. No work/life balance. No management reviews. No annual pay increases. Low salary, poor benefits, poor bonus structure. Horrible working environment and poor culture. Management lacks true leadership

Don't Be Fooled By the 5 Star Review

Pros

None I can think of. This place is HELL

Cons

5 Star Review is definitely a fake review by Management or HR. Management is unprofessional, dishonest and manipulative. They don't respect or care about their employees. There is no work-life balance here. Most of us are overworked and underpaid! Management plays favorites and encourages backstabbing. if you want to work in a hostile environment with a micromanager then apply. If you are desperate, make sure you get every promise in writing before accepting any job offer.

Pros

I absolutely love this company. I have no idea where the bad reviews are coming from (perhaps disgruntled employees...) because this place is amazing. Management is involved at just the right level. They will be hands-off and let you run your "business" unless you ask or need the help, and anyone is willing to help you with whatever at the drop of a hat. Scheduling is flexible, you can make your own hours, they understand when you need time off and the PTO package is generous. The family of companies has a great culture, and they are always planning events for employees to attend, typically during work hours. A summer picnic, Halloween social, luncheon, and a bags tournament come to mind right off hand. They really take care of their employees and make sure you're happy where you work.

Cons

My office is sometimes cold. This is NOT the place for you if you don't want to be an innovative thinker, involved with your company, and friends with your coworkers.
