      I got let go for literally no reason, out of nowhere…. My mangers didn’t even understand why. I reached out to the owner several times asking for clarity and he never respond. Additionally, most of the brands are no names no one wants

      Little to no supervision allowed for free time.

      Cons

      Everyone there has no actual direction on where the company should be going or how it should be run. Nobody has any idea what anyone else does, so it's a cycle of blame and constant confusion.
