1. One of the founders practices micromanagement and gives no consideration to her staff. 2. In Green packed and its associated companies under this founder, the working hour is extremely long. In many ways, it does not follow workers rights on working hours. And you are on-call from 8 am to midnight, including weekends. Employees at all levels have to work around 12 hours a day just to meet daily deadlines. 3. Despite covid and gov restrictions in 2020, she still asks all staff to go out and meet in person. 4. 80% of my team members are dissatisfied with the management and in turn, we see a low employee retention rate and most of the people I know quit within 2 years. 5. Employee benefits are poor and there is very little opportunity for career development. 6. No work life balance. The company has no means to care for its employees and does not provide an environment for mental health. Stress level is extremely high.

Lack of directions from the top, C-level not able to make sound decision. Too many old hats that has no exposure to outside world. Way behind in terms of working culture and workplace tools. No training to Manager on how to handle staff issues. Expects to work long hours even on weekends, public holiday and even if on leave or MC.
