      Pros

      If you like working on cool technology and have the ability to consistently context switch, this is a good place for you. Most employees are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you. A good amount of swag/t-shirts.

      Cons

      False promises, constant changes, always trying to stay on the good side of the CEO without really knowing. Stress levels are extremely high.
