*Small town mentality where wrong doers have friends that stick up for them. . .
* HR is small in size and lax on really doing their job (Axing wrong doers) for fear of losing their own. . .
* Some but not all department managers (Not supervisors) will leave work 2-3 hours early on most days.
* Lack of oversight of said department managers. . .
* Its terrible when management bleeds a company (Like what this company has been through in the pass - research embezzlement)
* Not enough staff (Middle management) to make sure all departments are running smooth and above board. . . See above statements.
