      Pros

      Solid and stable company. Managers willing to "go to bat" for their employees. Great business acumen, and great reward system for employees. Truly a family, not just co-workers.

      Hours, but, thats auto sales in general, not just the Orr Group

      Pros

      Gregg has an open door policy. ANY area of concern you might have, he will listen to. He rewards the employees who suggest better ways to help the company. He has an honest, moral and upfront way of doing business and provides his employees a great example to follow. The support of everyone in the corporation is great.

      No on site IT person.
