      Pros

      • Everything is absolutely top notch, including great benefits! • Everyone is incredibly helpful, friendly, and thoughtful (not to mention successful, smart, driven, etc.) • Self-driven role with lots of opportunity to create value • Opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest in technology

      Cons

      Honestly, I can't think of anything worth mentioning. If I had to pick something, I'm not a fan of our anti-spam (far too many false positives, imo).

      • Opportunity to learn and grow next to the brightest in technology • Very low ego and friendly environment •Tons of autonomy in work decisions and leaders who support room for experimentation • Employees take pride in their work and the value they bring to portfolio companies

      Cons

      • Even though we have two offices and the company helps compensate for public transportation, the daily commute is still a con for me.
