      Good company environment Good package. Good Projects

      They don't keep people on bench, you can not trust them for a long-term commitment. also, few processes are undefined and company policies also change frequently they even fail to inform you formally, and at the time of releasing you they will tell you and put you in a difficult situation

      1. Easy environment to work 2. Humble people at work

      1. No salary hike for the past 2 years 2. No proper clarity on what the management is planning 3. Very limited project to work for 4. HR never gives a satisfactory reply 5. They only have performance calls but never talk anything after that

      Good company with good employees. They pay good. Nice ambience.

      Cons

      Basically this company has only one campus in India and the projects that are present are migrated from ukraine. The number of projects are very less in this company. So there would be very less scope to change the project if you are not satisfied with client or vise versa. Firing rate would be more as there is no scope for project change.
