      Horrible company

      Pros

      Personal work vehicle. Sick and vacation pay

      Cons

      During covid they laid most of techs off. They brought back lowest paid and newest techs first. Then they announced if you were out more then 180 days if you came back you lost pay rate and seniority. I would have lost over $4 an hour and 3 weeks vacation that I earned after 7 years of loyalty. Needless to say I didn't return

      Company truck, uniform and gas card.

      Cons

      Greedy management Poor pay 2 out of 3 supervisors are NOT electric or gas certified 1 Saturday off per month Upper management doesn't respect field technicians. Too much to list.

      Benefits, bosses were great, made lifetime friends, worked independent.

      Cons

      Contract work so it eventually ends. Dont live beyond your means with this company. The work will end.
