      Pros

      Even as a new employee, I am able to work independently and take ownership of projects Generous and flexible PTO policy! Coworkers are all friendly and helpful. The management and senior engineers are dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere at the company

      Cons

      Due to the nature of being able to work independently (and completely at home due to COVID-19), I occasionally feel "always-on" which could be exacerbated to those who prefer more structure in the workplace

      Flexibility is amazing

      - 80% remote work allows for a lot of flexibility. - Engineers are given a lot of autonomy - Work is interesting and challenging

      - Expectations can sometimes be unclear

      Dynamic, Diverse, and Exciting Projects

      Strong sense of project ownership Much more independence than commonly found in software engineering roles. Small, tightly-knit teams Very interesting projects Strong culture with solid values Flexible PTO

      Cons

      Not every project advances to Product stage. Occasionally, expectations can be unclear.
