      Pros

      - Friendly Environment : friendly work env, supporting seniors. You will not encounter things you dislike. - Good Salary: company pays better than avg companies in Delhi/NCR After leaving this company you will always wish to work for them again.

      Cons

      - Hire and Fire Policy : I survived 2 lay-offs but third one was operational shut down. First was unfortunate and due to Recession. Second was change in company policy (internal politics) but the employees suffered. Third was again in 2 months and complete engg shut down(company was not clear last time). The only good thing was severance allowance paid right on the day of notice. - If you are an engr. there are some chances of getting fired in future for sure. No matter how genius you are.

      Pros

      Used to be a very good company till the last CEO.

      Cons

      Lot of them # The company is in a mess right now. People have resigned from the entity and are now working as CONSULTANTS with a company in India. They don't have a stable job. Management has been luring them that they will be hired in a new entity but till date nothing has been done. Anybody looking for job in this company, please don't ruin your career. It's a advice if you want to save your career otherwise you will regret later on life. Just ask HR, why people worked as a consultant when they had stable jobs.

      Nothing Pro about it. Worst ever experience.

      Cons

      Hire and fire policy. There is no clarity on vision. First they hire then fire for no reason. On top of that fnf also not proper. They will ruin your career and put you on the road
