      Awesome benefits, flexibility in schedule, mission driven organization, a lot of autonomy as soon as you demonstrate capability and expertise in your area practice, lots of return clients contributing to a strong portfolio of work.

      Cons

      Some clients are only interested in code compliance and that type of work can feel monotonous. Otherwise Group14 is an awesome place to work.
