      Pros

      The Executives along with management truly care about their employees. Everyone knows you by name, and will always greet you. It's not a company where you're a little fish in a big sea. It's a very positive environment. I would describe the culture as results oriented, but still fun. We like to see eachother and the company succeed. It's a great time to work at Dekko, there are new acquisitions every year and the company is only continuing to grow. Major job stability here.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that there is no Dekko store. I wish I had the option to buy clothing or Dekko water bottles, etc.

      Pros

      Ok pay if you get a bonus, friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Since private equity purchased from the original family, execs have changed several times. Each time, the direction changes, making it hard to get momentum. Often, you are told to do the opposite of what the previous management wanted, which is very frustrating. Big competition for scarce internal resources on R&D, production tooling, etc. Very stressful work environment.
