A great place for tax professionals who want broad exposure to complex international tax issues and the opportunity to make a real impact. The work is varied and commercially interesting, with significant responsibility and visibility across the business. One of the highlights of working at Lotus has been the quality of leadership within the finance function. My manager is knowledgeable, supportive and focused on employee development. Team members are trusted with meaningful responsibility and are given opportunities to work on complex and interesting projects, which have contributed significantly to my professional growth.

Like many growing organisations, priorities can change quickly and some processes are still developing. However, this also creates opportunities for employees to make a meaningful impact.
