A prime example of a company that acts without thinking. A serious lack of brain and strategy They have an idea one minute and it's changed the next due to no apparent reason People get fired every other week again for no reason Awful environment to work in Ran very much with a dictatorship approach Roles in the company are decided, then no real training or tools to succeed are given for new employees, sink or swim approach Turnover has decreased from 3.1 billion to 2.6 in just one year They close countries that that aren't operating well, fire all the staff and then just re open them as and when they please to 'try again' without any real thought or even new strategy applied

The arrogance within the company is frankly astounding. Imperative decisions are taken with reckless abandon and the comportment of the board of directors amounts to infantile grandiosity. The company has been spiralling downhill for the past couple of years, but in the last few months something has snapped. Whole teams are being fired with no ostensible backup plan in place and those that aren't being fired are clinging onto their jobs for dear life. This is not a happy environment in which to work.
