Got some learning curve. Friendly colleagues. You will see a lot of nice reviews in glassdoor which are put under peer pressure in the name of bonus!

Cons

This is a honest review from a former employee who now actually feels like i'm in an actual IT company, after changing the company. Let me go by points: 1- GrowthPlug doesn't have any work ethics. They doesn't know how to treat the employees at all. Doesn't give a minimum consideration even as a developer. They just wants the works done no matter how much employees suffer. 2- Growthplug won't give you full salary in hand as they offer. Instead what happened to me was, they gave 80% in hand and rest goes to "bonus", is what they call for our salary. And this so called "bonus" will be given based on performance which should be actually our salary in any other company. And the worst part is, I didn't even got 75% from that "bonus". 3- whenever a negative review comes up in glassdoor, Upper management starts pressurizing employees to find the "culprit" and to get that removed. Since they have our salaries as "bonus" with them, no one would go that far against them. 4- work-life balance? seriously?! is there a thing like that?

Salary on time is the only thing we stay in that company. then also they Delay the salary for people who they don't like or people who say backanswers.

Cons

Very very bad work culture and bad management. Too much of power given to people who doesn't know what to do with it. There is clueless , endless and view-less work. Portal is very very very Buggy. You should say yes for what ever they say. then you are a good person for them. They does not even know how to run a project. ceo says any work can be done in 2 hours. let him do and show that then. thank god he doesnt disturb now. still hired people to do that.

I joined Growthplug as a fresher. I had so many concerns as a fresher. I am glad that I got an amazing team to work with. All my team members are really supportive. Whatever the issue we have,my team is always there to help each other. We have a very friendly atmosphere here. We always support to grow each other. I really don't have a corporate life feeling here. Whatever the concerns we have, the managers will always address our concerns properly. And It's a great place to learn as well.It is a privilege to work here.

Cons

I am completely satisfied with the working environment here. So I don't have any concerns so far.
