      Pros

      The location in Oradea is located in a modern building in a nice area. The space is plenty and the equipment is decent. Workload is good and there is a good atmosphere.

      Cons

      The local management is inflexible and too focused on people participating to corporate events rather then their wellbeing and a fair pay. Benefits have been cut down and nothing in exchange.
