      Internal Politics is destroying the company

      Pros

      Good Exposure only if you are eager to work.

      Cons

      Internal Politics within the top management. Regional Heads/VP play politics with the young talent and use them for self benifit. Lack of trust with in the team After David left and went to NA, it has became more of a Anna Company People who can butter and lick VP and COO are good, rest all other are useless.

      Market exposure is high. You will be supported by your superior for your hard work. The work culture is different in different locations. Good and friendly atmosphere to work with.

      Cons

      Your work life balance is based on your boss and his mood swings. Hard to work in the head office because of unwanted pressure. People dont help when we are in trouble especially our bosses will leave their hands in trouble. Salary structure is poor. Top management and medium level management get highly paid. Low level management they hardly get increments and promotions. We have to wait for long to get promotions. No proper salary slab for the employees.

      Pros

      The company's value system is so strong, work-life balance is provided to all employees, very solid product company focused on product quality and customer services. Believes in Innovation and improvement. I would say- it is business leader in the pump industry. I learn many things here - a true global environment, increased knowledge levels etc. There is saying about its management "What we say, we do and what we do, we say".

      Cons

      The limitation and constraints of R&D (India) comes on the way for the next career level. A very limited scope for the R&D india as very limited roles and opportunities are less as the expectation from R&D is limited and driven by headquarters.
